New and upgraded Laboratory Instruments
ICP-MS
Talbot laboratories have upgraded to the new Agilent 7700x ICP-MS. With its high-temperature plasma (resulting in low oxide interferences), matrix tolerant interface and 9 orders dynamic range, the 7700x provides the ideal combination of robustness, sensitivity and analytical range required from a workhorse instrument while retaining the flexibility to handle more advanced research applications.
DMA
Talbot laboratories specialises in the analysis of mercury. With the revolutionary and innovative Tri-Cell DMA-80 Direct Mercury Analyser, a phenomenal 0.0015ng Hg detection limit is achievable
Waste and Leachates
Waste samples and leachates submitted to the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) and Acid Rain Leach tests are analysed by ICP-MS (inorganics) and GC-MS (organics) in accordance with international EPA procedures. Based on results of analysis from the above tests, classification, calculations and delisting procedures are then carried out.
Confidentiality
We respect the need for strict confidentiality with all our customers. From the time samples arrive they are only referred to by the allocated laboratory number and no results will ever be made available telephonically, or to any third party, without an express directive from you, our customer.
